We are here to help you achieve your goals with a series of applications and our web site that will assist you along the way. We know that data protection and privacy conditions are not particularly exciting to read. Nevertheless, in your own interest, you should read the provisions below carefully. After all, it is about what we are allowed to do with your data and your related rights.

When you register for the Services, you consent to these data protection provisions. Otherwise, we cannot unfortunately offer you the full usage of the Services.

If you use our Services, various pieces of personal data will be collected. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it (this “Privacy Policy”). It also explains for what purpose this happens. Please note that data transmitted via the internet (e.g. via email communication) may be subject to security breaches. Complete protection of your data from third-party access is not possible.

Throughout this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with an individual or household. These include information such as full name, postal address, e-mail address and/or telephone number, and if applicable also usage data such as your IP address. Such is the data we collect when you use our Services.

Here we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what Personal Information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this Privacy Policy with which you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services. Otherwise, if you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, or our practices regarding your Personal Information, please contact us at info@FinSiteful.com. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as it will help you make informed decisions about sharing your Personal Information with us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third party website, services and applications (each a “Third Party”) that you elect to access through the Service or to individuals that we do not manage or employ. While we attempt to facilitate access only to those Third Parties that share our respect for your privacy, we cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those Third Parties. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any Third Party you access.

Unlike persistent Cookies, session Cookies are deleted when you navigate away from the Services and close your browser. Although most browsers automatically accept Cookies, you can change your browser options to stop automatically accepting Cookies or to prompt you before accepting Cookies. Please note, however, that if you do not accept Cookies, you may not be able to access all portions or features of the Services. Some Service Providers (defined later in this document) that we engage (including advertisers) may also place their own Cookies on your device. Note that this Privacy Policy covers only our use of Cookies and does not include use of Cookies by any Third Party or Service Provider you visit directly, both which should have their own privacy policies.

Flash Cookies: Certain features of our Services may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our Services. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies.

Web Beacons: Pages of our Services and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related site statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain site content and verifying system and server integrity).
