Welcome to FinSiteful. We are very happy you have started your journey to a better financial future. We are here to help you achieve your goals with a series of applications and our web site that will assist you along the way. We know that data protection and privacy conditions are not particularly exciting to read. Nevertheless, in your own interest, you should read the provisions below carefully. After all, it is about what we are allowed to do with your data and your related rights.
Information Collected by FinSiteful
We automatically collect certain information when you use our Services, which information identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household. This information may not necessarily reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
Flash Cookies: Certain features of our Services may use local stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our Services. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies.
Web Beacons: Pages of our Services and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related site statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain site content and verifying system and server integrity).
Information Collected by Third Parties
Our Service Providers include the following:
Google Cloud: We use Google Cloud as part of our core infrastructure, data analytics and machine learning. We collect information about the usage of our Services. Google Analytics, for instance, collects information about how often users visit the Services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other services they used prior to coming to our Services, among other information. We use this information to understand user interaction and thus improve our Services.
Other Service Providers: We do not intentionally share or sell any of your Personal Information with Third Parties who are not considered Service Providers. However, we may disclose your personal information where we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with law or legal process.
- Administer or complete a transaction that you request or authorize.
- Maintain or service your account with us or with another entity.
- Investigate or prevent any actual or potential fraud or other criminal activity.
Finally, you may license the FinSiteful Services either directly from FinSiteful or you may receive a license because an institution such as a college or university licensed the Services for you. If your license is obtained by an institution, they may request from FinSiteful to see an aggregation of data about usage of Services for individuals they sponsor. If so requested, FinSiteful will provide only aggregated data to the institution after the number of participants reaches a high enough level that anonymity of individual users is assured. FinSiteful will never provide individual data about a specific user to a sponsoring institution unless required to do under a legal ruling.
Personal Information and Minors
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that Personal Information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected without parental consent, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at info@FinSiteful.com.

How Information is Used
Your personal information is maintained by FinSiteful to provide you services and support, including customized cash management and budgeting services. We use such information to provide you personalized information, including articles forwarded to you from our blog and other third-party content we determine is relevant to you. By having more information about you, we are able to customize our services to your particular needs.
Data that does not include personally identifiable information may be used for research purposes. For instance, we may compile data, excluding personally identifiable information, for purposes of demographic analysis and research. We may use usage information, browsing activity, click-thru activity, browser-related information, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information to help us diagnose problems with our servers, administer our Services, and otherwise provide the highest possible level of service to you. In addition, we use this data in an aggregated, non-personally identifiable manner to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of our Services.
Information you choose to include in your profile, or any Personal Information you share about yourself on our forum may be viewed by others who subscribe to the Services. This includes information you choose to provide openly, including your username, contact name, information about yourself, and links to your own website or social media profiles, which may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Services. We will not directly reveal user email addresses to other users.
Some of your activity on and through the Services is public by default. This may include, but is not limited to, content you have posted publicly on the Services. Please remember that if you choose to provide Personal Information using certain public features of the Services, then that information is governed by the privacy settings of those particular features and may be publicly available. Individuals reading such information may use or disclose it to other individuals or entities without our control and without your knowledge, and search engines may index that information. We therefore urge you to think carefully about including any specific information you deem private in content that you create or information that you submit through the Services.
If you use our blog, forum, wiki, or other publicly published content product on our Services, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums.

Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising: Through the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) and Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”), several media and marketing associations have developed an industry self-regulatory program to give consumers a better understanding of and greater control over ads that are customized based on their online behavior across different web services. To make choices about interest-based ads from participating third parties, please visit the DAA’s or NAI’s consumer opt out pages, which are located here and here.
You may also reset your mobile device’s advertising identifier or set it to opt out of targeted advertising.
iOS: You can opt-out of targeted advertising by choosing “Limit Ad Tracking” in your device’s settings menu.
Android: You can reset your advertising ID at any time from the Ads section under Settings on your device, or you can also opt-out of targeting advertising in this same section.
Finally, we will send you service-related announcements on the rare occasion when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your Services account.

However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. The access to your FinSiteful account is password-protected. We restrict access to your personal information to our employees and to permitted Service Providers or Third Parties who need to know that information to provide products or services for us, or to provide, process, or maintain any security, account, or investment product, service or program for you or your benefit. To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we have adopted administrative, technical, and physical security procedures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
